About Carstairs Energy Inc.

Timothy Carstairs - CalCerts Certified HERS I and II Rater, Licensed HVAC Contractor (CSLB#926170), Certified Green Point Rater, Real Estate Broker BRE # 01855310, National Association of Realtors Green Designation, and Certified Energy Analyst with CABEC. Tim is the CEO of Carstairs Energy, Inc. He started Carstairs Energy in 2005 and was one of the first Title 24 companies to offer services online. Along with his Bachelor of Science and graduate education, Tim is constantly expanding his education and certificates and stays current on new developments in the energy industry.

Melissa Carstairs - Melissa, Tim's wife, graduated from Cal Poly with a BA in Liberal Studies and obtained a Master's degree in Education shortly after. Melissa also has her Real Estate License and NAR Green Designation and manages Energy-Wise Realty, Inc. an affiliate of Carstairs Energy.

Greg Carstairs - Greg holds a PE in Mechanical Engineering and graduated from Cal Poly with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. Greg spent several years working at Vandenberg Airforce base as an engineer and worked for Orbital and Lockheed Martin. Greg works on Residential and Commercial Title 24 Reports.

Britaini Caywood - Britaini has worked for Carstairs Energy since 2015 and is the main point of contact for HERS registry and HERS testing scheduling and questions related to title 24 registration and energy testing certificates.

Amanda Esparza - Amanda is a an integral part of the Carstairs Energy team. She has hold a real estate sales license and is a director for the Los Osos Baywood Park Chamber of Commerce.

Cobe Villa - Cobe is a CalCerts certified HERS Rater. He is often out at construction sites performing field inspections and HERS compliance testing for residential new construction and remodels.

Marisa Fernandez - Marisa is a Certified Energy Analyst with CABEC and graduated from Northeastern Univeristy with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
